Registered Veterinary Nurse Required At Twickenham Veterinary Surgery

Twickenham Veterinary Surgery are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team. The general nursing duties will include theatre work, in patient care, nurse clinics and general housekeeping. The areas of responsibility are shared within the nursing team. The salary range will be from £22,500-£30,000.
We have a very friendly, down-to-earth, supportive team with lovely clients and we work very closely with the local animal charities. We have great facilities including digital X-ray, ultrasound, multiparameter monitor, endoscope, laser, a dedicated nurse’s consulting room and we take pride in the work we do.
We have six vets, one with a certificate in internal medicine, one with a certificate in cardiology, and our Clinical Director does acupuncture. We currently have three full time Vet Nurses, four part time Vet Nurses and one Student Nurse. We also have seven full time support staff.
We have a no blame culture and like to discuss cases and constantly aim to improve our protocols.
We are looking for a qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse who wants to work as part of a progressive team and who is willing to help build on the nursing services that we can offer our clients. We would also consider a student nurse in their second or third year. It is essential that the candidate will be a team player, proactive, caring, compassionate and passionate about their profession. A good sense of humour would be a bonus.
