VetPro Recruitment are currently seeking an enthusiastic small animal Deputy Head Nurse to join a team in Norfolk. The role is full-time working 40 hours per week with a shared rota of 1 in 4 weekends. No OOH. You will be joining a large team of 48 that includes 13 Vets, 20 Nurses and 15 Receptionists. The team have a wide variety of interests and experience and strive to offer the best possible care to their client’s pets. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to working closely with the wider clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver timely and effective patient and customer care for all, Bereavement handling, and assist with leading the team of nursing colleagues. The practice is looking for a Nurse who is at least 3 years qualified and is either looking for that next step in their career or if you have experience that would be advantageous. As Deputy RVN you would need to have a wealth of nursing experience, excellent communication skills, being a clinical coach would be advantageous, promote forward thinking, and have a natural initiative approach. Paid memberships (RCVS, BVNA, VDS). Dedicated CPD allowance (including funded Certificates). Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
