Norfolk, United KingdomAbout this vacancy and our client
We are working with a well-established, RCVS-accredited veterinary hospital in Norfolk who are seeking a full-time RVN to join them. You’ll be welcomed into a large, supportive team of 15 RVNs of varied special interests and experience levels. This fantastic practice has a varied and diverse caseload seeing small animals, exotics and even some zoo animals, with excellent facilities on-site enabling the team to fully work cases up in house. If you are looking for an exciting and varied role within a busy 24hr practice with a welcoming, sociable team – we would love to hear from you.
This role would be best suited to an ambitious RVN who enjoys an interesting, varied caseload. You’ll be working within a large team of nurses so we are looking for someone who is a team player, but there will also be elements of sole charge so it’s essential that you are confident working independently as well. You’ll be working shifts on a rota basis covering wards, ops and consults – so ideally you will be a bit of an allrounder and will be happy to cover a bit of everything! This also applied to the type of animals you’ll be caring for, as you’ll see a diverse caseload of not only small animals, but exotics and even some zoo patients as well. This is a full-time position with a weekend/on-call rota shared evenly among the team.
