An excellent opportunity is available for a Head Veterinary Nurse to join and lead a friendly team in Northamptonshire. You will be fully supported by the welcoming staff, in a large purpose-built practice that provides a light, spacious, and modern environment to work in. Your responsibilities will include consultations, assisting the Vet, inpatient care, maintaining high clinical standards, fostering proactivity, and ensuring effective communication within the team. The rota includes working Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:30am-7:00pm. The practice can offer 4 x 10 - hour shifts or 5 x 8 - hour shifts excluding unpaid lunch breaks. There will be 1 in 3 Saturdays and no out of hours. The practice is also open to part-time candidates. 100% small animal practice with a varied caseload. Well-equipped practice including digital x-ray, new ultrasound with colour, two K-Lasers, digital x-ray, endoscopy, full in-house Idexx laboratory, gold standard anaesthesia using Humphrey ADE circuits. On offer is a fantastic package including CPD allowance, paid memberships, and a competitive salary dependent on experience.
