We have a wonderful opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a modern, mixed animal practice near Port Glasgow, Renfrewshire.
Across the two branches they have a talented group of nearly 10 Vets and a very loyal nursing team, with interests including medicine, surgery, equine and ophthalmology. The Clinical Directors are extremely supportive and experienced (with over 100 years’ experience between them), creating a motivating and exciting workplace. They pride themselves on creating a relaxed, friendly working environment where everyone is appreciated.
The practice has state-of-the-art facilities and equipment such as in-house laboratory, ultrasound scanner, digital radiography, digital x-ray and endoscope.
Based on the stunning Scottish coast, you will be able to embrace both the city life in Glasgow as well as the coast and stunning countryside.
As a RVN at this practice, you will be tasked with rota’d shifts including inpatient care, assisting in surgery, pharmacy, isolation patients, lab work & consults.
This is a full-time, permanent position with only 1:4 weekends and no OOHs!
