Salary, hours and benefits:
- - Salary £30,000 per annum
- - 4-day week with 1:6 weekends
- - Hours 08:30-18:00 and 10:00-19:00 / 38.66 hours per week
- - £750 CPD allowance with 2-days CPD leave and in-house CPD available
- - RCVS and VDS fees paid
- - 5 weeks paid annual leave (equivalent to 22.7 days) plus bank holidays
- - Fair share of bank holiday cover with time back in lieu

Key accountabilities
As a Mobile Veterinary Nurse, you will play a crucial part within our teams, supporting practices in St Albans, Redbourn Priory and Watford.
A full drivers licence is required.
You will work closely with your vets in practice, performing essential nursing duties and ensuring our patients have everything they need.
As well as administering treatments, performing diagnostic tests and assisting with surgeries, you’ll also run our popular nurse clinics, offering essential advice to clients on all aspects of pet care, from dental care to weight management
As an experienced RVN, you can even help shape the next generation as a Clinical Coach, using your knowledge and skills to help train and support nurses of the future!

St Albans:
St Albans has a friendly and experienced team made up of our Lead Vet, Dominique, Head Nurse Rachel and Taymar our SVN. St Albans offer free one-to-one consults to improve patient confidence at the vets and at home.
Redbourn Priory:
Redbourn Priory, also known as Nine Lives Vets has been part of the Medivet family in 2019! It is a busy clinic in the beautiful village of Redbourn. The team is made up of Debra, our lovely Lead Vet, Head Nurse Harriet and SVNs Rachel and Louise. The clinic is well equipped with in-house blood machines, digital radiography (including dental radiography) and ultrasound.
Watford 24-Hour Hospital
Watford 24-Hour is the hospital for approx. 20 branches across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Greater London. The hospital is led by our two Branch Partners, Andrea and Candice with a fantastic team of certificate holders including Small Animal Surgery and Orthopaedics, Medicine and Imaging.
The hospital is well equipped with diagnostic ultrasound, endoscopy, CT, dental X-ray and a full orthopaedic theatre. We also have a dedicated night team who provide exceptional out of our care to our patients across the region.
