Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse who is passionate about providing first-class patient and client care to join their modern, well-equipped hospital with a strong support system. This 24-hour hospital with a strong reputation provides a variety of cases and experiences. This is a fantastic setting for those who enjoy a fast-paced and diverse clinical environment. The hospital is well equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, including a CT scanner, k-laser, endoscope, laparoscopic kit, and a wide range of lab equipment such as an Imagyst.
Your day will include assisting with surgeries, patient monitoring, admissions and discharges, and nurse-led consultations. You will be involved in delivering exceptional patient care, managing medication, and supporting the veterinary team during procedures. Part of your role will also include assisting with clinical coaching, helping to mentor and develop other team members, ensuring that everyone can reach their full potential.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours a week. Shift times include 7:45am to 4:15pm, 9:00am to 5:30pm and 11:45am to 8:15pm. The role also includes 1:6 full weekends with a bank holiday shift once every 18 months.
