Our client in Surrey has an exciting part-time RVN position at their recently refurbished practice.
You’ll join a supportive team in a well-equipped, modern practice. The role is part-time, working 24 hours per week with a 1:4 weekend rota, offering a fantastic work-life balance.
Situated in a welcoming community, the practice enjoys a loyal client base and a lovely, supportive environment. The team also benefits from a large office space, a spacious back garden, and on-site parking.
In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional care to patients and clients.
- Support surgeries and procedures, including pre- and post-operative care.
- Conduct nurse-led appointments and schedule 3 activities.
- Monitor patients and deliver high standards of care.
- Manage admissions and discharges as directed by the veterinary team.
- Dispense and check medications.
- Facilitate patient transfers to out-of-hours or enhanced care facilities.
- Comply with all regulatory and operational standards.
Candidates We’re Looking For:
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse.
- Proven experience in delivering outstanding patient and client care.
- Skilled in supporting nurse consultations and understanding their impact on practice performance.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Confidence in coaching and influencing colleagues to achieve the best results.
