The Role
We are looking for a qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse to provide gold standard care to our patients and clients. You will be required to undertake general nursing duties including inpatient care, anaesthesia and nurse clinics and will be fully supported by our welcoming team.
The position is 40 hours comprising: 35 hours during the week between the hours of 7:00am-20:00pm and 1:3 weekends. You may be required to work additional night time OOH to provide holiday or absence cover. Part time applications are considered for the right individual.

About Us
We are a friendly 6 times award winning, RCVS accredited small animal hospital with our own dedicated out of hours service. We work to extremely high standards of patient care, with separate cat and dog wards, in-house laboratory, and laparoscopic equipment. We have recently been awarded outstanding in all six RCVS practice standard awards.
We have 8 Veterinary Surgeons, 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses plus students and nursing support. We have cardiology referral clinician with a cardiology certificate. We also have an Out of Hours vet with an ECC certificate. We have a friendly, supportive team who work closely together, for example with inclusive word rounds three times a day to ensure the best patient care.
Applicant Requirements
You must be a qualified RVN who is able to provide high standards of patient and customer care. You will be a natural team player and willing to support and guide junior team members as and when required. You will be flexible and happy to assist in all aspects of the role.
