JR is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our clients highly skilled and supportive team working alongside experienced Veterinary Surgeons with advanced qualifications, providing exposure to a wide variety of cases and procedures. You will be responsible for having and using your full utilization of nursing skills, including consultations and Schedule 3 procedures whilst collaborating with a dedicated team of Patient Care Assistants to deliver high standards of patient care.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and enthusiastic about developing skills and contributing to a high-performing team with a passion for delivering excellent care and customer service, whilst having plenty of opportunity to develop expertise in areas such as anaesthesia, emergency care, client care, and animal behaviour.
This is a full-time, fixed-term role working 35 hours a week with a mix of day, night, or weekend shifts. Night shifts are on a 1:10 Rota. Weekend shifts are on a 1:14 Rota and Saturday morning shifts are on a 1:7 Rota. You will be based at the local hospital for nights and weekends. This role requires some Out of Hours work.
