JR is seeking a Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon and Veterinary Surgeons to join our client’s clinics in Cornwall. Our client is looking for experienced and passionate Clinical Lead/Veterinary Surgeons to guide their teams through an exciting period of growth and development. The successful candidates will be responsible for and required to
- Lead, inspire, and mentor the veterinary team, helping them to develop their skills and deliver high standards of care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the client base, ensuring their pets receive the best possible care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
These are permanent, full-time roles. However, our client can be flexible and will consider part-time roles for the right candidates so please do let us know your preferences.
