The Role
The Kingston Veterinary Group have an excellent opportunity for an Equine Clinical Director to join their team at Woodlands Equine Centre! This is an ambulatory care role based at our purpose-built centre, where you will be able to work up your own cases. Other duties include management of the equine team and liaison with other Clinical Directors in our mixed practice.
The shift pattern is 40 hours across 5 days per week, working between 8:30 am-6 pm, with a maximum of 1:4 out of hour shifts and 1:4 weekends with the view to make this 1:8 in the future.
Salary is between £60,000-£75,000 depending on experience, we offer a Golden Handshake of £5000 and a relocation package if needed.

Our practice is equipped with all the usual facilities including digital X-ray, video endoscopy, gastroscopy, and surgical facilities.
About the Team and Culture
Our fantastic team is made up of 4 Equine Veterinary Surgeons, 2 Equine Nurses and 3 Support Staff. As a practice, we cover Taunton and Wincanton racecourse duties and other local Equine events. We adopt a family-like, positive ethos in our surgery and want the successful candidate to fit right into our team.
