A client of ours is delighted to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Clinical Director to join their dynamic team in East Sussex, with an anticipated start date in January 2024.
This practice has established itself as a leading Veterinary Centre in the region, renowned for its impeccable clinical standards and unparalleled client service. Their central Eastbourne surgery proudly serves as a host practice for Vets Now and houses an independent referral orthopaedic practice, providing a stimulating and diverse clinical environment.
With a dedicated team of 11 veterinarians and 15 Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs) operating across four locations, the three branch surgeries feed into the centre for specialized procedures and hospitalization.
The ideal candidate for this pivotal role will bring substantial leadership experience to the table, alongside a proven ability to navigate the financial aspects of veterinary practice. Additionally, they should demonstrate a high level of clinical proficiency, enabling them to guide and mentor the clinical teams. This role entails a well-balanced mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities, with support from the senior leadership team.
