As a vital and leading part of the team, you will be responsible for and required to
- Deliver exceptional care during consultations and procedures.
- Provide clear and frequent updates to clients regarding their pets.
- Prepare accurate estimates and manage payments effectively.
- Lead the practice by mentoring, developing, and inspiring the team.
- Foster a positive team environment, using coaching and influencing skills.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a permanent, full-time role with a salary up to £75,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
