We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our Romford practice. This role offers a fantastic work-life balance, with a four-day work week, no out-of-hours (OOHs) responsibilities, and a supportive team environment. Salary: Up to £65,000 (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide variety of small animal cases
- Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures with a commitment to the highest standards of care
- Collaborate closely with the team to develop patient treatment plans and ensure continuity of care
- Engage in regular consultations and provide compassionate advice to clients
- Take part in a rotating weekend schedule (1 in 3 weekends)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Veterinary degree and current RCVS registration
- Strong clinical and surgical skills, with experience in small animal practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clients feel informed and supported
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
