Our well-equipped, RCVS-accredited surgery, is based inside Pets at Home at the Airport Business Park on Rochford Road. You will be joining our Joint Venture Partner and Veterinary Surgeon, Carlo De Vito, who graduated in Italy in 1998 and has a special interest in orthopaedic procedures. Supporting Carlo are his friendly and experienced team of 2 other Veterinary Surgeons, 2 Registered Veterinary Nurses, a Student Nurse, Practice Manager and 3 Client Care Advisors.
By joining us, you'll become part of a surgery who pride ourselves on having a welcoming working environment and gold standard clinical care whilst also offering a good work/life balance. The role is full time over 4 or 5 days, 1 in 4 Saturdays and no OOH. Opening hours are 9am to 7:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturday (currently closed on Sundays). We try to accommodate any request regarding rota (within reason) and if you don’t want to work 40 hours, we can accommodate this also.
We are looking for an experienced and independent Veterinary Surgeon with excellent surgical experience, to be able to work your own case load and be confident in working sole charge. For the right candidate a very generous salary is available (£60,000-£80,000).
