As a rapidly growing Independent Vet group, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their new practice in Hampshire. They have a total of 13 branches, across various areas of the UK and are attracting big client bases allowing them to grow their practices and teams. They are not a corporate focused on profit to the detriment of its clients and staff. With thirteen practices neither are they a small independent at risk from competition or takeover. They are continually investing in their company, providing excellent facilities and equipment in house, and schedule major refurbishments of their practices every 10 years.
Our client truly appreciates achieving the best work/life balance so will consider both full and part-time applicants. Ideally, they are looking for 4 days per week with every other Saturday morning but can be flexible with this to suit your lifestyle. There is no on-call or OOH’s requirement.
The practice has all the facilities you would expect of a modern practice including digital radiography, ultrasonography and an Idexx in-house integrated laboratory. There are dedicated surgical facilities for their own use and that of their visiting orthopaedic surgeons.
