Our client is a well-established independent practice with a proud history of providing exceptional care in their community. The caseload is a diverse mix of family-run dairy farms, pedigree beef and sheep enterprises, smallholders, and sports and leisure equine clients.

What You Can Expect
🐴 Work-life balance: A structured 1 in 5 on-call rota with backup support. After an on-call night, you get a half-day off, plus Friday afternoon off after a weekend shift.
