The role
An amazing opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced vet to lead our friendly team at our Whitchurch practice in Shropshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to “take ownership” and really make this practice their own and drive this practice to make it the heart of the community.
The ideal candidate will have sound clinical skills and will enjoy being in a small team. You will have the ambition to help develop the practice further.
You will be confident working sole charge however you will have the support of our 24h hospital in Shrewsbury and all the other practices in the region. The rota is 4 weekdays 9am-7pm and one in three Saturdays 9-5pm.

There are some lovely walking areas nearby and also a large park and canal in Whitchurch itself. it is close to Shrewsbury, Chester and North Wales. The practice has 2 consult rooms and a large separate prep room and theatre. We are planning to refurbish the practice in full this year, so it will soon be brand new!
The practice has a mix of rural and urban friendly clients who have been with the practice for many years. There is lots of scope and potential to become a thriving practice.
