Are you looking for an Emergency and Critical Care role that will keep you on your toes? Our client has a role available with diverse exposure while treating beloved family pets. You will predominantly be working sole-charge at night, providing essential care in a warm and professional environment, ensuring the highest standards are maintained. Additionally, you’ll be part of a clinical community, where you can engage in learning and CPD, share best practices, and even meet future mentors with five clinical opportunities covering areas such as Medicine, Surgery, Diagnostic Imaging, Ophthalmology, and Exotics.
This modern facility is equipped with the latest veterinary technology, including orthopaedic equipment, digital and dental x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, and tonometer and provides a loyal client base and is supported by a skilled, passionate and dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Provide exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures.
- Communicate clearly with clients, offering updates and setting expectations for treatment and costs.
- Develop, mentor, and enhance your team's capabilities.
- Complete clinical handovers and arrange care for out-of-hours or complex cases.
- Effective team player and leader with a demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative, positive clinical environment.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
This is a permanent, part-time role working 5 nights on 9 nights off providing you with a fantastic work/life balance.
This role offers a salary up to £72,000 DOE with a range of benefits including
