We are working with a client in Lincolnshire to recruit a Lead vet to join their team at their small animal practice. You will ideally be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon, keen to lead a team and support your colleagues - not afraid of making clinical decisions.
Your duties will include managing the sales performance, budget and overall profitability of the practice on a day-to-day basis. You will also perform your clinical duties, whilst ensuring all team members provide quality and ethical care to all clients and their pets and livestock.
You will be required to work 39 hours each week, with weekend work on a shared rota basis - with time back in lieu.
