We have a great opportunity for you to join our friendly and supportive team in the fantastic city of Manchester. Working with cats and dogs, this role is ideal to develop all skills, in particular your medicine and surgical skills. This role would be ideally suited to someone wanting to advance their own skills or wishing to pursue a certificate in medicine or surgery, as you will work alongside our team of experienced Veterinary Surgeons, whilst maintaining a good work/life balance. The is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, plus 1 in 5 weekends. You will also be 2nd on call to support our OOH Vet on the weekend you work, and 1 other night per month (2nd on call).
We are a busy, bustling practice, with interesting cases, and are well respected in the local community, with a fabulous reputation, and have a lovely client base. We are looking for someone with previous experience in a small animal practice. Our ideal candidate will want to share their knowledge, as well as progress their clinical skills. Teamwork is of paramount importance to maintain the good team ethic that we have.
