An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Director at a well established small animal practice in Norfolk. The role is suited to an experienced vet who enjoys both medical and surgical cases along with mentoring team members, including new graduates. Full time position working 40 hours over either 4 or 5 days per week. Saturday morning consult only rota, which at present is 1 in 4 weekends. No OOH responsibilities, but there might be very occasional inpatient duties for stable patients. Areas of interest are supported an encouraged and you will have the support from the Area Director and Area Support Manager who know the practice well. You will work alongside 4 other vets, 5 RVNs and support staff. You will have a split of clinical time, managerial responsibilities and leadership of the team.
