JR is seeking a veterinarian looking to advance their career in a supportive and well-equipped environment. The clinic boasts advanced facilities, including digital X-ray, doppler blood pressure monitoring, and a multi-parameter setup with ECG, capnography, pulse oximetry, and oscillometric blood pressure. The practice also includes three large consulting rooms, a spacious prep area, theatre suites, and dedicated kennel spaces for cats and dogs.
This role is ideal for a Veterinary Surgeon interested in pursuing Post Graduate Certification and expanding their clinical skills. The role offers potential for future advancement to Lead Vet or Branch Partner.
The clinic operates within a hub-and-spoke model, with a dedicated 24-hour hospital covering out-of-hours services, ensuring continuity of care for patients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Be responsible for providing high-quality care during consultations and procedures, ensuring that both patients and clients receive the best possible experience.
- Provide clear and regular updates to owners regarding their pets’ conditions and explaining treatment plans.
- Prepare accurate and individualized care plans for each patient, including clear cost estimates.
- Mentor and develop the team, enhancing their skills, and ensuring they are utilized effectively.
- Complete clinical handovers and arranging for any patient needing out-of-hours or enhanced care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a permanent, full-time role. However, our client will consider a part-time role for the right candidate so please do let us know your preferences.
This role offers a salary up to £55,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
