RUSHDEN – Our proudly independent client is looking for a LOCUM SA VET to help with some cover, as well as a PERM SA VET. Due to their growing and expansion despite COVID-19, they have the capacity for 2 more Vets to join their wonderful team of 4 Vets and 4 Nurses.
 
If you are great at making personal connections, passionate about pleasing customers and want to work where clients know their Vets by name and expect to trust them for life, this is your dream job.
 
The practice is incredibly beautiful! You will be practicing from your own personalised consult room and no computer! They are different in that they maximise the time between Vet and the client so you will not be hidden away in a room all day, but very much at the forefront and a part of the family.
 
They also guarantee case continuity! They match all clients to 'their' Vet, meaning you remain responsible for the health of their pets for life. With complete clinical autonomy and the support of a dedicated team, their goal is delighting customers. Focus on diagnostic choices and affordability instead of sales targets. To add to an already exciting pitch; the practice has a stunning studio flat available above the practice for if you were traveling.
 
The practice is currently working in isolated teams to stick to the Gov guidelines.
 
THE LOCUM ROLE
 
March onwards for 2 – 3 months
Rota of either; Sun – Thurs (Weds off) or if travelling – Sun – Weds
Sundays 9am – 5pm and 8am – 7pm (ish) on weekdays
No OOH or on call
Circa £30ph
If you are available part time for 2 days a week until March, I would be very happy to hear from you also as they can facilitate this too!

5+ years' qualified ideally
£40-60k salary (depending on expertise)
Up to 40% of salary on target bonus (not sales based but measurable)
