An excellent opportunity has arisen for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join an RCVS accredited practice in Northamptonshire. Full time position working 40 hours per week (4 x 10 hours shifts or 5 x 8 hours shifts) with Saturday morning shifts on a rota basis with time off in lieu. No OOH required. You will join an experienced team including certificate holders / advanced practitioners in various fields. Well equipped practice with video endoscopy, advanced doppler ultrasound and digital radiology with on-site CT scanner. The practice offers a referral service, and most cases are kept in-house allowing you to see a varied caseload with the support from referral surgeons. It is the perfect environment for learning new skills and studying towards a certificate. Applicants should have post graduate experience and be confident with routine surgery and consultations. Working alongside team of 13 Veterinary Surgeons (majority of them are certificate holders), 18 Registered Veterinary Nurses and support staff.
