Job description - Veterinary Associate Required (full or part time)
We are a single site, 4 Vet small animal first opinion practice based in Mansfield Nottinghamshire.
We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with at least 2 year's of small animal experience to join our friendly professional team, including excellent support from 4 Nurses, 3 receptionists and a Practice Manager. We have loyal client base and aim to offer a service that we would be content with for our own pets.
We can offer:
Minimal sole charge and lots of support.
Clinical independence, and encouragement to follow cases through from start to finish.
A good balance of consulting and operating with a varied caseload (including exotics if desired).
A good work life balance - 21 to 36 hours a week over 3 to 4 days, Saturday 1 in 4 (9-2pm). No night work - We close at 6pm. No Sundays or bank holidays. 6 weeks holiday. 20 minute consultations.
£42 - 52k PA depending on experience. Based on 38 hours a week (pro rata for part-time option).
Pension, CPD and VDS included.
Accommodation is available - large self contained 1 bed flat.
Relocation packages will be considered.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can thrive within a team. You will be confident and professional, but kind and empathetic to both the clients and their pets. You will need good communication skills and RCVS registration or the requirements and eligibility in place if a work visa is required (sponsorship will be considered).
