As a Regional Director you will provide strategic direction and guidance to our clinics through empowering and working collaboratively with our clinical teams and Partners.
You will encourage a culture that puts pets, clients and colleagues first, build respectful and trusting relationships and bring our core values to life, every day.
You’ll also need great knowledge of the RCVS code, a strong leadership background and preferably experience of successfully recruiting and managing teams of clinical staff. We believe in a ‘one team’ culture where we encourage progressive clinical knowledge sharing.
You’ll also be flexible and adaptable with exceptional all round communications skills. This role is great for anyone considering diversification from clinical work.

Skills and experience
You must be a RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with a full drivers licence to support a regional role.
This role manages our fantastic Hendon region which is made up of 11 branches including our 24-hour hospital in Hendon.
You have the support of an experienced Area Manager as well as a Divisional Support Administrator to assist with locum requirements and rotas.
You will also have support from the wider clinical operations team as well as working collaboratively with other Regional Directors across the business.
