JR has an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Practitioner to join our client’s team at their 24-Hour Veterinary Hospital, South Yorkshire. This role offers the chance to step into a leadership position while contributing to the success and growth of both the practice and the team.

The hospital is well-equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a digital x-ray, ultrasound, full-body CT scanner, and in-house lab, providing a solid foundation for high-quality veterinary care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Deliver outstanding clinical care during consultations and procedures.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing clear and concise updates.
- Prepare accurate estimates, ensuring timely payments to minimize debt.
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager.
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team to improve their skills and foster a supportive environment.
- Proficiency in performing complex surgeries such as TPLO/TTAs, spinal surgeries, fracture repairs, and soft tissue procedures like perineal urethrostomy, BOAS, and thoracotomies.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
This is a Permanent, Full-Time role working 4 days a week with 1:6 weekends.
This role offers a salary up to £102,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
