This is a 24-hour purpose-built veterinary practice equipped with modern technology, including digital x-ray, ultrasound, full-body CT scanner, In-House laboratory, 3 large consulting rooms, 2 theatres, large preparation area, Internal lab facilities as well as spacious learning and office areas.
You will be responsible for and required to
- Provide exceptional care to patients during consultations and procedures.
- Offer clear, consistent updates to clients regarding their pets conditions.
- Uphold the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
- Prepare accurate estimates, ensure payment, and minimise debt.
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager to enhance commercial outcomes.
- Mentor and develop team members, optimizing their skills and performance.
- Proven clinical leadership abilities.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding patient and client care.
- Understanding of exceptional care and its impact on client experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team.
- Skilled in using coaching and influencing techniques to maximize colleague potential.

This is a Permanent, Full-Time role and offers a salary up to £75,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
