Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready for the next step in your career? Or a Clinical Director passionate about leading a respected, long-established practice?
As Clinical Director, you'll lead the Tamworth based practice, driving clinical services, commercial performance, and team development. You'll be dedicated to providing excellent service and outcomes for patients, clients, and associates.
Your role will be diverse, handling a varied caseload including orthopaedic surgery, laparoscopic procedures, soft tissue surgery, and treatments for eye, heart, and skin conditions, arthritis management, and cancer treatment. The practice also offers ophthalmology referral services.
You will manage the Lead Vets and senior leadership team, and your clinical work will involve a mix of in-patient care, surgery, and consultations, with opportunities for case continuity and building strong client relationships.
You'll join a closely-knit, supportive team, many with 20 years of service. The team includes 9 Veterinary Surgeons, with a certificate holder in Ophthalmology and three others working towards certificates in Surgery and Emergency and Critical Care (ECC).
Salary: Up to £80,000 Per annum (DOE) Plus £3,000 Welcome Bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week, over 4 days, with 1:6 Saturdays 8:30am-1pm, and 1:6 Saturdays 8:30am-5pm. No OOH.
