I am excited to share a fantastic opportunity for a veterinary surgeon to join my client’s team as a Clinical Director. This role offers the chance to lead a dynamic team and drive the clinical standards within a brand new practice.
No previous leadership experience is necessary as training will be given. Minimum 4 years veterinary surgeon experience required. It is a full-time position working 4 days a week. There is a shared Saturday rota and no OOHs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the veterinary team
- Regularly review clinical practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Leading and mentoring the team to enhance clinical skills and professional development
- Overseeing patient care and treatment plans, providing guidance on complex cases
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and the community
