We have an exciting opportunity become available for an experienced Vet to join a close-knit small animal first opinion team in Swindon, Wiltshire.
You would be joining a dynamic team with a plethora of skills and interests such as geriatric care, long-term pain management, anaesthesia & nutrition. They are a talented and diverse first opinion team who pride themselves on their high clinical standards & close attention to detail when it comes to patient care.
The practice itself is well equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment such as digital x-ray, ultrasound, in house-laboratory and modern surgical facilities. All you would expect of an RCVS-accredited practice with a loyal clientele!
AS a Vet at this practice, you will be working both consults & ops, covering all standard procedures and routine consults of a first opinion practice. In the afternoon consults you will be working in sole charge.
They require a 3.5 day a week Vet, approx. 30 hours per week (with option to cover other 1.5 days when other Vets are not in). With only 1:3 Saturday mornings (sole charge) and no OOHs, this is a great role if you’re looking for a better work/life balance.
