We are seeking a dedicated Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our client’s close-knit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Deliver high-quality clinical care during consultations and procedures.
- Provide clear and compassionate updates to clients about their pets.
- Prepare accurate estimates for clients, manage payments, and minimize debt.
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager to enhance commercial performance.
- Mentor and develop your team to maximize their skills and effectiveness.
- Inspire your team with evolving practice standards and process improvements.
- Complete clinical handovers and coordinate patient transfers for out-of-hours or enhanced care.
- Have proven clinical leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional patient and client care.
- Team player with effective coaching and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
This is a Permanent, Full-Time role working 4 days a week and 1:6 weekends (Rota). However, our client can be flexible to suit your needs and support you by providing a great work/life balance so please do let us know your preferences.
This role offers a salary up to £80,000 DOE including a range of benefits including
