The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join our team here at Crossways Vets, Storrington.
4-day week plus a share in a limited Saturday morning only, rota for consultations and inpatient care. No emergency and critical care out of hours cover is required.
40 hours per week with flexible shifts during our opening hours of 9am - 6pm
The shifts can be a mix of consults and/or surgical work to suit the individual - we want to ensure candidates can play to their strengths in this role. There is also the potential for candidates to move into a Clinical Director role in the short term.

Package
The salary for this role is up to £74,000 depending on experience.
Relocation allowance of up to £5,000 if required.

Based at the edge of the South Downs National Park on the south coast of England, a short distance from Brighton and yet within easy reach of London, Crossways has an excellent reputation for providing the highest quality personalised care for our clients and their pets.
We are adding to our Veterinary Team to support our continued growth and whilst we are ideally looking for a full-time candidate, applications from part-time candidates are also welcome.
Surgical mentorship is available, and we will also support any ambition to specialise if you want to, because we need these additional skills to help the practice to continue to grow and develop.
About the Team and Culture
You will be working as part of a team with 7 other Vets, 9 RVN’s, 1 SVN & a team of 12 support staff. Our team have varied interests, with some undergoing practice funded further training for certificates in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery and others are already certificate holders.
Facilities include laser, laparoscopy, ultrasound, dental X-ray, Digital X-ray, in-house laboratory equipment and full soft tissue and orthopaedic equipment, stem cell regenerative medicine.

We are looking for a highly motivated veterinary surgeon with some post qualification experience who can quickly fit alongside our friendly practice team as you work together to provide a quality experience for pet owners and their furry friends.
