Overview: I am a Qualified Veterinary Nurse having just qualified December 2020, and am now awaiting my registration from the RCVS. I am competent with a multitude of tasks in practice: placing intravenous catheters, setting up fluid therapy and carrying out calculations, inpatient care, emergency/critical care patients, anaesthesia, bandages/dressings, triage of patients, blood samples, in-house laboratory tasks and many more. As you will be able to see from my employment history, I have been employed in different practices during my training. This has enabled me to become more adaptable and gain more knowledge along the way. I feel that the fact I am so adaptable is something that would be perfect for any locum role.
