Overview: I have been working as a Head of Practice for 15 months and an now looking for a new challenge. I have been managing all aspects of the site, reporting to an offsite operations director. I am extremely passionate about the veterinary industry and really thrive in working with teams to help develop them and shrive to improve the business.
Within previous roles I have a great track record of sales experience, building relationships, recruiting and training teams, whilst managing my time effectively to produce other business requirements such as financial reporting, rotas and payroll. I have extensive knowledge in creating business strategies and plans, managing several tasks and people simultaneously to ensure the execution of the plan, to a high standard. I have excellent communication skills both written and oral, assisting me in the ability to establish great relationships with the team and also with new and existing clients and companies.
I am now looking for a new role as practice manager in a either a veterinary hospital or surgery.
