Overview: An organised, optimistic and adaptable individual with a great sense of humour, with vast experience working in various office environments. My attention to detail and excellent time management skills means that every task is completed efficiently and to the highest possible standard. I have a calm and patient disposition meaning that I can work effectively under pressure and focus on the task in hand. I am proficient working in a team but also work well independently. I have a strong work ethic and have the ability to work on my own initiative, setting targets and being a target driven person. In my current role, I am responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Business Partners for new starters and leavers within the business. In addition, I deal with all aspects of payroll processing using Sage for 230 staff and the management of the Berkhamsted office. Due to the nature of my role I have to show sensitivity and objectivity when dealing with confidential matters and GDPR. In my current position, I have responsibility for ensuring the maintenance of effective, professional relationships with colleagues and clients, dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries and assisting with conferences, meetings and events. To succeed in this role I have to be exceptionally organised and demonstrate strong communication skills at all levels. A flexible outlook to work and will always work additional hours or take on tasks that are not within my remit to assist the company. I have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. In my next role, I am looking to take on new challenges and additional responsibilities.
