Overview: As a qualified veterinary nurse, I have extensive veterinary knowledge and over 14 years experience in customer facing roles. I am now looking to work in a reception team as I enjoy building relationships with clients and their pets and providing the best quality care and service that they deserve.
I have worked with different veterinary databases and I am proficient with Microsoft Office. I know how to prioritise a busy workload and can compassionately support clients in distressing times.
Within all the companies I worked for I was required to undertake administrative duties such as filing, record keeping, photocopying and processing insurance claims.
I am hard working, motivated, keen to learn and can use my initiative.
