Overview: As you can see from my attached CV, I have over 20 years of experience in Office Management, Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality and Customer Services. I believe my transferable skills and knowledge make me the right candidate for this role.
I have strong written and oral communication skills. In my current role, I am communicating daily with my corporate clients as well as the first point of contact for all passengers, answering questions about the company, issuing and charging the airlines tickets via phone, email and face to face.
I am positive, enthusiastic, self-driven and extremely motivated. I have proven leadership and team player skills, with the ability to transfer knowledge and experience in order to achieve the best results.
