Overview: I think like a costumer. When people approach to reception or pick up the phone, they have a goal in mind and want action completed. My first goal as Front Desk Receptionist has always been to make sure that the costumer gets what they came for.

When I get into a job, I want to know everything. What can we do? How can we do it? The devil is often in the details, so I make sure to be precise and detail-oriented.

My first experience as Personal Trainer at Bodytec with one-to-one training sessions with clients of all ages and skills, allowed me to grow up such empathy towards the clients and acknowledging the bond with the customer.
I applied those skills previously learned to my new career in Hospitality as efficient and energetic Receptionist with proven costumer service skills. Organized and friendly secretarial support. Problem solving by helping the client in the best and fastest way possible. Skilled at managing inventory and supplies, handling phone duties and company correspondence. Specializes at creating a friendly and receptive office environment.
