Overview: As a recent graduate I am looking to expand my horizons and develop my knowledge, skills and understanding through new opportunities. As a potential candidate I feel at ease carrying out nurse consultations to include pre-operative admittance, health checks and vaccinations. Currently my interests lean toward theatre nursing, in particular monitoring anaesthetics however I enjoy medical nursing and I am eager to develop these skills further with experience. Being a recent graduate I am aware of my own areas of strength and development and feel confident in communicating these to surrounding practitioners in order to deliver the best patient care. I pride myself on being a punctual and reliable team member taking comfort in approaching tasks meticulously and methodically. This has benefitted interprofessional relationships as well as when building rapport with clientele. I have a notice period of 1 month and so I could start as per this time frame.

Kind Regards,
Kate Christine Wood RVN
