Overview: Dear Practice owners and managers,

My name is Inka, I have qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 1999 and from December 2020 I am available to fill all those areas that most nurses are no so keen on. I am a proactive, adaptable and conscientious individual with over 20 years international experience in the Customer Care and Animal Health Industry, currently working as Technical Support for Idexx Laboratories (Catalyst and Lasercyte) in the Netherlands, looking to relocate to the Republic of Ireland.

My passion is the laboratory and I love all customer facing aspects of the job. In the past I have been delivering training in exceptional customer services with my Onswitch (Ltd) family.

I am looking for a permanent/flexible full/part-time position within the team of a veterinary practice, where I can combine my skills and enthusiasm for laboratory, support, training and customer services with my love for our profession and people. My current work is troubleshooting over the phone and I love to go the extra mile, knowing how important it is to have functioning and reliable diagnostic equipment.

Since working here I know how much I am missing the day-to-day contact with clients and colleagues alike, troubleshooting has never been more fun for me. Following Brexit I have given the Netherlands a try, but I have now decided to pursue my dream and come to beautiful Ireland!
