Overview: LOOKING FOR OOH ECC POSITION 1 WEEK IN 2 OFF OR SIMILAR ROTAS.I am an Italian veterinarian who had been working mainly in Emergency and Critical Care and Internal Medicine in Italy for almost 5 years and after relocating to England I worked in a clinic that is both a first and second opinion center, with Internal Medicine and Orthopaedic and Soft Tissues Surgery certificate holders and in a first opinion clinic with another Internal Medicine certificate holder where I often coverED sole charges.I like to keep up-to-date, that is why I spent and I will keep spending visiting periods in University Small Animal Hospitals and attending courses.I have skills in radiology, ultrasonography ( A and T-fast). I know and I am used to dealing with most of the metabolic, cardiological, respiratory, neurological, endocrine and so on emergencies and intensive patients and to drive the surveys in order to get a diagnosis, addressing specialists when needed.Under the surgical point of view, I have gained more experience during my last period working in a first opinion practice( I opted to experience general practice for a period, in order to get more confident with routine surgeries) and I feel fairly confident in performing emergency surgery. My routine duties when I was responsible for the hospitalization and incoming emergencies in my last workplace in Rome was taking care of inpatients and addressing them to specialists when needed, interpreting blood tests, including blood gases and electrolytes which were run every day for monitoring our inpatients, performing A and T- fast for almost every patient as means of monitorization and when needed a more thorough US was performed by an Ultrasonographer.I am also available for fixed or short term contracts or locum with possibly accommodation, as long as with night rotas consisting in 1 week in or 2 off or similar.Kind regards.Giorgio Coccia
