Overview: My name is Katie and I am in my final year at the University of Edinburgh. I have passed my final exams, and completed my rotation and EMS requirements. I am looking for a supportive and friendly practice, who will provide support and guidance where I require it, but also give me the freedom and opportunities to test my abilities and practice new skills. I learn best in a practical environment and thrive well under pressure. I am keen to start my career in a practice which provides their own OOH, as I really enjoyed the OOH components of my rotations and revelled in having a higher caseload and increased responsibility to manage these cases. I am a confident, friendly and lively person. I enjoy providing excellent patient care and have good client communication skills. I am interested in providing 'fear free' practice, and pride myself on being able to handle and provide care in a stress-free manner, particularly with cats. I have several hobbies and interests that I am keen to continue participating with in my working life. Please contact me by email where possible, as I am often in areas of little-no signal and don't receive phonecalls!
