Overview: I am a recent Cambridge vet school graduate (June 2018) looking for a small animal veterinary surgeon position in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. My priority is to find a friendly, funny and supportive team - after all we spend most of our time working. I have experience of both large/small size and independent/corporate practice. I have significant experience: thorough and timely consulting (good client feedback and regular requests for repeat consults), surgical including high shelter case load (I am confident doing bitch speys), sole charge (from 1 week into my first job), out of hours (regular on-call work). I am keen to learn, confident and enthusiastic about the job. I am available to start with a week's notice.
