Overview: After an honorable academic cursus and numerous externships in various equine and small animal hospitals I graduated in 2018 from the french veterinary school of Lyon and obtained a master degree in physiology in the University of Lyon the same year. I developed my clinical skills during an internship in the equine clinic of Grosbois alongside internationally renowned specialists. I was lucky enough to be granted sole charge experience with a varied caseload and build a great confidence in lameness examination, imaging, sport medicine, anesthesia, emergency and critical care.Since January 2020 I have started a PhD in cardiology for equine athletes at the University of Surrey and hope to pursue a residency in equine sport medicine. I am currently looking for a part-time position as a veterinary surgeon in an equine or small animal practice compatible with my schedule (evening/night or weekend shifts). I hope to learn from qualified vets and to broaden my experience. I am a fast learner and have a very good team spirit. I believe that with trust and support, I can become a valuable asset for any veterinary practice.linkedin.com/in/antoine-premont-Gender: Male
