Duration: 8 hour(s)

The annual AWF Discussion Forum will take place on 6th June 2023 at an exciting new venue in London – One Birdcage Walk.

The forum gives a unique platform for world-leading experts to discuss and debate the biggest questions in animal welfare today.

Attendees are very much encouraged to take an active part in the discussion, and live audience-led conversations are part of what makes this event unique. As 2023 marks the 40th anniversary of AWF, a session will be dedicated to reflecting on the charity’s lifetime achievements and will look at animal welfare developments over the years.

Expert speakers will also be discussing and debating top cross-species issues including:

• Technology and animal welfare
• Environmental sustainability, diet and welfare
• Human Behaviour Change

Conversations and networking can continue at the celebratory evening drinks reception, where delegates will hear from special guest speaker Prof. Giles Yeo, MBE.

This CPD event gives delegates the chance to learn, challenge and reflect on ideas with other professionals who want to uphold and champion animal welfare. The day offers something for the whole veterinary team, as well as students and animal welfare professionals.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to come together, discuss, and celebrate with the animal welfare community.

Tickets start at £55, with discounts available for organisations who buy five or more tickets. To book your place, or to find out more about the day, please go to the 2023 Discussion Forum webpage. You can also contact the AWF team at [email protected].
