Do you want to take full ownership of your own territory - heading out each day, meeting farmers, building relationships and becoming the person they trust and call for advice?
We're recruiting for a Sales Specialist to join a well-established, family-run agricultural business supplying a range of nutritional and agricultural products to farms across the region.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being out on the road, values independence and understands that good sales in agriculture come from consistency, honesty and knowing your customers well. You'll be trusted to manage your territory properly, with the freedom to put your own stamp on it while being supported by an experienced wider team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and growing your own territory across East Limerick
- Visiting farmers, understanding their needs and advising on nutritional and agricultural supplies
- Building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact
- Driving sales and developing the territory over time
- Representing a respected, family-run business
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales (agricultural or related sectors)
- A genuine interest in agriculture and rural life
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust
- A self-motivated, organised approach to managing your own territory
- Knowledge of animal nutrition or forage is an advantage, but training is available for the right attitude
- Full UK driving licence
What's On Offer?
- Base salary of up to €40K DOE
- Uncapped commission - rewarded for every sale
- OTE of approx €55K+ in year one, increasing annually
