Our exclusive clients, a business focused on bringing multi species healthcare solutions to the marketplace are seeking a Sales Manager to lead their Poland based team
Based in Poland your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of territory managers to achieve set targets
- Develop and deploy commercial plans for your set area
- Allocating agreed territory budgets and monitoring of spends within that budget
- Leading assigned projects from senior management
- Monitoring changes in the marketplace and adjusting commercial plans accordingly
